Order Policies for Resellers

Purchase orders are accepted from all resellers, unless an explicit prepayment arrangement has been made with Dynamic Ideas. Please submit orders by mail or FAX on your purchase order form or letterhead, or directly through our site.

Payment is net 30 days from date of invoice. We request payment by check.

Discount Policies

A 15% discount is offered from current list price to all book resellers, regardless of quantity ordered. Contact us to request a promo code. 

Return Policy

Resellers may return unsold copies within 90 days of invoice date. A credit will be issued to the vendor provided the books arrive at Dynamic Ideas in good (resalable) condition. Dynamic Ideas will not accept books that show scratches, torn bindings, crushed edges, and/or label markings from bookstore price labels. Books considered damaged will be returned to the bookstore without credit. 

Please pack the books well to ensure safe delivery. Shipping is paid by the reseller. No prior authorization is required for returns. Please ensure our invoice number is included in your paperwork.
